Our members and partners for the design and delivery of Agriculture Projects are a leading Israeli experts and agronomists, each an expert in his/her field having accumulated a vast experience in projects execution and consulting world-wide. We are committed for the supply, design and execution on a TURN-KEY basis cost effective and viable technologies in view of maximizing project economics.
Our capability is covering the following sectors:
Our approach to projects include:
Open field Agriculture: Specializing in cultivation of corn, soybean, sorghum, wheat, Mombasa and other crops suitable for human consumption and for feeding livestock. We are committed to support our customers, A -Z in the development of a full cultivation protocol starting from selection of land plots, suitable varieties, irrigation systems, fertilization, plant protection, mechanized equipment, harvesting and storage and processing of grains. Israeli agriculture technology is considered as the most efficient in the world. We are committed to assist our customers in developing cost effective and high yielding cultivation.
Grains: Grains are used for feeding livestock as well as for human consumption. Prices of most grains have been increasing in the last few years and this trend is expected to continue. Shortages in fertile agriculture land, global warming and increasing demand for grains for feeding livestock and human consumption is making it extremely important for countries having access to agriculture land to cultivate grains replacing expensive import. Importing grains for feeding livestock is the main reason for the relatively high price of processed meats and milk in developing nations. Cultivation of grains and in particular corn replacing imports is important for the economies of developing nations.
Open field Agriculture Projects in Vietnam: In Vietnam we accumulated experience in cultivation of thousands of hectares of corn, sorghum, soybean and mombassa grass.
Horticulture, Agriculture Structures and Fertigation: Modern Agriculture Structures such as greenhouse, net houses and walk in tunnels are used to improve yield by extending growing season and allow all year around cropping in a controlled environment. In most advanced greenhouses, light, water, temperature, moisture and fertigation are computer controlled in order to achieve maximum yield and value. More economic options are net houses and walk in tunnels.
Fertigation systemwere first developed in Israel and are recognized for the following:
Fruits and Vegetables: Starting with a careful selection of suitable verity, the yield and quality of most fruits and vegetables could be dramatically improved by cultivation in a relatively simple net house. The net house will prevent wind and radiation damages, minimize water consumption and promote optimal growth. Depending on the market for the produce and the geographic and weather conditions at cultivation site, the use of a more expensive and complex greenhouses could be an option to evaluate.
Banana Plantations - Case Study: Wind and storms are causing great damage to Banana plantations. In Israel, USA, Central America, Philippines, India and other countries yield and crop quality have been dramatically improved over the years by cultivation in a net house. In addition to more attractive fruits, an average of 30% higher yield has been achieved in most projects. Israeli know how in development of bananas tissue culture has gained reputation worldwide.
Citrus Orchids: The market environment of the citrus fruit sector is changing. Demand for Citrus is highly increasing world-wide. Growers are being asked to focus more intensely on quality and the value-added aspects of citrus. Global warming and the decline in suitable conditions for Orchids cultivation and water shortages form a challenge to growers. Citrus growers are seeking solutions that enable them to grow more efficiently and economical without compromising on fruit quality and longevity of their orchids.
